I bought this from Setpowerusa, and the install was a headache pretty much right away!!! I figured it would be a simple setup, but nope, it turned into one of those annoying projects that takes up way more time than expected!!!
The instructions didn’t really match what I actually got in the box, so I kept having to guess which part went where!!! For something that looks straightforward, it was way more confusing than it should have been!!!

I reached out for help too, but the responses were super basic and didn’t really solve much!!! I did finally get it working, but it wasn’t a great first experience at all, and I wouldn’t buy it again!!!

My order showed up way later than expected, and the updates were almost useless. I kept getting those generic automated messages that don’t actually tell you anything, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I’d rather hear from a real person than be stuck guessing where my package is.

The return process took a few days, so it wasn’t instant, but the refund did come through in the end. Overall, I felt okay about it since everything got resolved

I tried using the site, but it was just annoying, annoying to get around. Things felt confusing, and I kept getting frustrated trying to find what I needed...

I really wanted to like this, but the cooling speed has been kind of a letdown. The timing is the most annoying part, every time I need it cold soon, it takes way too long to get down to the temperature I set, even when it’s not packed full. Once it finally gets cold, it does the job okay, but waiting around for it is frustrating. For the price, I definitely expected it to cool faster. It’s not awful, just not something I’m excited about.

I put it on my truck and it looks clean, like it belongs there. Not sure if it’s just mine or what, but the handle feels a little cheap when you use it. Overall it does the job, just wish that part felt a bit smoother

It works with my battery just fine, and the battery life has been okay so far. I remember the relief of using it the first time and not having to worry about it dying right away.

I’ve been taking my Setpower fridge along on a few trips, i’ve been happy with how little power it uses. I was a bit worried it would drain my battery overnight, but so far it’s been running just fine without any issues. It’s not perfect, but for how I’m using it, it’s been more than good enough.

The control panel was easy enough for me to figure out without much fuss. The buttons are laid out in a way that makes sense, and the screen is clear. I vaguely remember having to hunt around for one setting, though I couldn’t tell you which one now, so it clearly wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it works well

I picked up a portable fridge from SetPower for road trips, and so far it’s been useful to have along.

It’s not exactly lightweight, especially once it’s packed, but the handles help a lot when carrying it from the car to the campsite. It also fits well in my trunk, which was one of the main things I cared about.
I’m giving it 4 stars because it can still feel a little bulky when it’s full. But overall, it’s portable enough for what I need, and I’d buy from SetPower again.

The temperature readings are usually close, though they’re off by about one degree sometimes, if that makes sense...

I had a bit of trouble getting it paired the first time, but once that was done, the app has been working well for me. I really like being able to check the temperature from my phone, it’s super convenient and nice to have. I do wish the app opened a little faster, but overall I’m happy with it.

At first I was getting annoyed because the warranty replies took longer than I expected. I was ready to write the whole thing off, but then they actually fixed the issue, so... okay, fair enough. Not the fastest support ever, but they did take care of it in the end.

Package showed up a bit dented, but the item itself was totally okay.

I bought this from setpowerusa.com thinking it would have a decent amount of space, but I’m disappointed. Once I loaded it with regular stuff like food and drinks, it filled up a lot faster than I thought it would. The inside layout doesn’t help either because it feels like some of the space is wasted. For the price, I really expected it to hold more.

The fridge does work, so I’ll give it that, but the noise has been driving me nuts. At night it keeps kicking on and it’s loud enough to wake me up, which is super frustrating when I’m already tired and just trying to sleep in the van. I’m disappointed with it.

I had to wait way too long to hear back from support, when they finally replied, it still didn’t really help much. The responses were slow, like really slow, and I kept feeling like I was getting nowhere. I’d ask something, wait around forever, and then get an answer that didn’t fully solve the issue. Just frustrating because it was slow, not very helpful, and then slow all over again.

It feels sturdy enough to me. Like, when I pick it up, move it around, set it down, or even give it a little shake, it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. The build has that solid feel you want, kind of like something that can handle everyday use, being tossed on a desk, packed in a bag, bumped a little, or used regularly without making you worry it’s going to fall apart

It works fine, I guess, but I expected way better for the price. The quality just doesn’t match what I paid, and it kind of feels like overpriced junk. Not the worst thing ever, but I wouldn’t buy it again
